WHAT You Will Learn

Join the IEEE-USA Innovation Institute faculty and a select group of your peers for a 1˝ day intensive seminar. We’ll provide you with unique training in innovation, so that you can enhance both your career and your organization.

The IEEE-USA Innovation Forum will provide face-to-face training for mid-level managers, current and future leaders from industry, academia, and government. Top innovation leaders with extensive first-hand experience will lead you through this interactive and educational experience. You will learn to innovate in a team-setting and work through real case studies. Group discussions and exercises will focus on the following topics:

  • Leadership and Culture’s Impact on Innovation
  • Large Versus Small Organizations as Foundations for Innovation
  • The Innovation Process and How to Leverage Your Style to Promote Innovation
  • Capitalizing on New Technologies and Processes

Discover how leadership, corporate culture, and the business environment impact this process. Learn how technical professionals can initiate and drive innovation. Explore new innovation tools and create new professional networks that will help you lead and inspire innovation within your company. Experience and practice using innovation tools and insights with your peers as a team member and leader.

After the Forum, you will become a member of the IEEE-USA Innovation Institute’s online innovation community, which will give you access to ongoing, real-time collaboration, discussions, networking and mentoring.
